This page explains what happens to your details when you register interest in Ground Breakers (GRNDBRKRS) on grndbrkrs.com.

Who we are

GRNDBRKRS is an independent game in development by Roland Thompson, who is the data controller for this site. Contact: hello@grndbrkrs.com.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• When you signed up, confirmed and (if you do) unsubscribed.
• The country your request came from, as reported by our host, to understand where interest comes from. We don't store your IP address.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email address only to send you news about Ground Breakers: development updates, playtest invitations and launch information. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box and confirming your email. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the sign-up list and runs Turnstile, the bot check on the form.
• Resend sends our emails.

We never sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@grndbrkrs.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Turnstile may use what it needs to tell people from bots.
